Returns

The Paws Off Pet Mat has been shown to provide a significant, often quickly recognized deterrent for pets who paw, claw, scratch and chew on the home as well as jump the fence.  If you're not having the success you hoped for, we ask that before return your product, you first contact us so we can ensure the Mat's size, orientation and use is providing the best opportunity for training and success. 

Because we understand some pet training opportunities may not be right for all animals, we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.  We ask that your pet be exposed to the Paws Off Pet Mat for at least 21 days.  If after that time you're not completely satisfied with your product, simply contact us at contact@pawsoffpetmat.com to request a Return Authorization to verify your purchase. Then you may return the product for a full refund of the product purchase, less shipping. 

We reserve the right to inspect the condition of all returned product .  All returned product must be clean and in good condition.  Product returns that are unclean are subject to a 50% cleaning and handling fee.  We do not accept product that has been damaged.  Damaged product that is returned to us will be recycled and deducted from any refund.       

Limited Product Warranty

Your Paws Off Pet Mat Tiles are warranted to be free of defective material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.  Should your Paws Off Pet Mat Tiles fail* do to product defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace the damaged Tile(s) for the cost of shipping and handling only.  The Clips are not covered under this Limited Product Warranty but can be replaced as "damaged product" below.  All warranty shipping and handling will be at customers expense.  Contact us at contact@pawsoffpetmat.com for return authorization before returning your product. All Warranty returns are subject to inspection of the defect and will be replaced with exact or similar product only.  No refunds will be made after the 30 Day Return Policy has expired.

* The Paws Off Pet Mat Tiles are designed to withstand the weight of any pet or member of your family. While we have conducted extensive product testing to insure our products are nearly indestructible, concentrated heavy loads or sharp impacts in cold environments may crack the Tile.  A cracked tile is not considered unusable and is considered normal wear and tear which is not covered by this Limited Product Warranty.  

Damaged Product

The Paws Off Pet Mat Tiles and Clips are engineered to withstand all the normal wear and tear you and your pets can dish out. However, should your Paws Off Pet Mat Tiles or Clips fail for any reason after the Limited Warranty period, you may send them back and receive a 25% discount on the current suggested retail price to replace the returned product.  Shipping and handling for replacement product will be at customer's expense.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

After receiving a Return Authorization, all returning product should be shipped, postage paid, to 6616 Gulton Ct. NE, Suite #10, Albuquerque, NM 87109. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee returns will be received.
